JENNIE-O® FAMILY NIGHT TURKEY TACOS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (3-pound) package JENNIE-O Ground Turkey 90/10
  • 3 taco seasoning packets 1.25-ounces each
  • 24 (6-inch) corn tortilla shells
  • 12 ounces refried beans
  • 3 medium tomatoes , diced
  • 24 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Handful of spring greens
  • 32 ounces prepared salsa

DIRECTIONS

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165 F as measured by a meat thermometer. Once turkey is fully cooked add taco seasoning and 2 cups water. Simmer 15 minutes.

While turkey is simmering, heat refried beans until warm. Spoon beans into corn tortilla shells. Add turkey and Mexican cheese.

Top with diced tomatoes and spring greens and add salsa.
