
PICANTE SLOPPY JOES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 jar Pace Picante Sauce (16 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 green part only cup green onions (if desired)
- 1 package 6 Pepperidge Farm hamburger buns (split and toasted)
DIRECTIONS
Cook the beef in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the picante sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar and green onions, if desired, in the skillet. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the rolls.
