NEW ORLEANS JAMBALAYA

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 8 ounce packages Zatarain's jambalaya New Orleans style rice mix
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 package smoked sausage, thinly sliced Cajun Style

DIRECTIONS

Mix water, rice mix, chicken and sausage in large saucepan until well blended. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender.

Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
