MEATBALL GRINDER

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 8 Essential Everyday fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Essential Everyday marinara sauce
  • 4 ounces Essential Everyday six cheese blend

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven broiler to low.

In a medium sauce pot, bring meatballs and sauce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Cut a 1 inch, V shaped notch lengthwise in the top of the hoagie roll. Remove some of the bread to make room for the meatballs.

Place 4 meatballs in each roll, top with sauce and 2 ounces of cheese.

Place rolls on a foil lined baking sheet. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
