CREAMY CHEESE AND PESTO WRAP

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces 1/4 pound Friendship fresh farmer’s cheese

2 tablespoons Cibo Naturals basil pesto

3 cucumber ribbons made with a vegetable peeler from a peeled Persian cucumber ribbons drained on a paper towel for a few minutes

2 to 3 slices organic heirloom tomato about 1/4 inch thick

1 tablespoon shredded carrots from the salad bar

1 Food for Life Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla

Steps

Mix the farmers cheese and pesto together in a small bowl Spread it evenly over a tortilla

Lay cucumber ribbons vertically side by side down the center Arrange tomatoes in a row next to the ribbons Scatter carrots all around Fold in a little bit of the tops and bottom of the tortilla roll tortilla from left to right and cut in half
