CREAMY CHEESE AND PESTO WRAP

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ounces 1/4 pound Friendship fresh farmer’s cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cibo Naturals basil pesto
  • 3 cucumber ribbons made with a vegetable peeler from a peeled Persian cucumber ribbons drained on a paper towel for a few minutes
  • 2 to 3 slices organic heirloom tomato about 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon shredded carrots from the salad bar
  • 1 Food for Life Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla
  • Steps
  • Mix the farmers cheese and pesto together in a small bowl Spread it evenly over a tortilla
  • Lay cucumber ribbons vertically side by side down the center Arrange tomatoes in a row next to the ribbons Scatter carrots all around Fold in a little bit of the tops and bottom of the tortilla roll tortilla from left to right and cut in half
