
MEDITERRANEAN TUNA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 1 5 ounce can Wild Planet no salt added premium albacore tuna
- 2 tablespoons Napa Valley organic olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Monari Federzoni red wine vinegar
- 2 medium cloves Melissas organic garlic minced
- 1/3 cup red onion diced small
- 2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley leaves
- 1 heaping tablespoon fresh minced basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargne Fleur de Sel sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 14 ounce can Carmelina white beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup Del Cabo organic sweet 100 cherry tomatoes halved
DIRECTIONS
Open the can of tuna and drain liquid into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, onion, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Whisk together and add tuna. Break tuna up with a fork and mix in white beans and tomatoes.
