MEDITERRANEAN YOGURT DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 5 ounce container Fage Total 0 plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons Valbreso Feta cheese finely crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Serving Suggestions
  • Vegetable crudits such as Harvest veggie sticks
  • Brown rice crackers
  • Mediterranean whole wheat pita

DIRECTIONS

Stir together yogurt, garlic, crumbled cheese, salt and cayenne. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving and up to several days. Serve cold or at room temperature with vegetables, crackers or warm whole wheat pita.
