ORGANIC BLACK BEAN DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Westbrae organic black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 to 3 tablespoons Casa Sanchez medium salsa organica divided
  • 1 teaspoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Spice Hunter organic ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 ounces Guiltless Gourmet organic baked blue corn tortilla chips
  • 24 Bunny luv organic baby carrots

DIRECTIONS

Combine black beans, 1/2 cup salsa, oil, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper in the work bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.

Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in 2 to 3 tablespoon of salsa to taste. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips and baby carrots.
