HOT COCOA TEA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 bag Celestial Seasonings green tea honey chamomile decaf tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon Scharffen Berger cocoa powder
  • ounce Scharffen Berger semisweet chocolate 62 cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon honey
DIRECTIONS

In a small pot, pour boiling water over the teabag and cinnamon stick. Let steep for four minutes. Discard tea bag and add cocoa powder and chocolate to the pot.

Heat over medium low heat, whisking fairly constantly for 4 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and serve hot.
