CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH


Serves : 8

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package fresh cranberries
  • 2 oranges seedless
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts optional

DIRECTIONS

Chop cranberries fine in blender or food processor.

Cut oranges into quarters and using the whole orange, chop fine in blender or food processor.

Add sugar and mix well.

Put in covered dish in refrigerator at least 1 day before serving.

PRESENTATION NOTES: Use your leftover cilantro and/or basil leaves coupled with your choice of seasonal fresh fruit to compliment each slice of frittata.
