
MACHE SALAD WITH HAZELNUTS AND PEARS

INGREDIENTS
- Lulu
- fig balsamic vinegar
- Napa Valley
- organic olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 bag
- Epic Roots
- mche washed and dried
- Flannigan Farms
- sliced hazelnuts
- 1 firm ripe pear cored and sliced into thin wedges
- Chavrie
- goat cheese crumbled
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a salad bowl, combine the mche, hazelnuts, pear slices, and goat cheese. Toss with the dressing and serve immediately.
