GARLIC LEMON SPINACH


Serves : 4

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 teaspoons Napa Valley organic olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/4 pounds bulk organic baby spinach washed and drained but not dried
  • 1/2 lemon juiced

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil over medium high heat in a medium or large pot with a lid. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Carefully add the spinach and toss with the oil and garlic. Cover and allow to wilt, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat, drain off any water and season with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
