
MEXICALI MARINADE

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Gelsons Finest Salsa
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended.
Place meat to be tenderized in a bowl and pour the mixture on top.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Marinate overnight.
When cooking, brush on the remaining marinade three or four times on each side.
