PERFECT FILET OF BEEF


Serves : 4

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 8 oz filet mignons cut 2" thick
  • 2 tablespoons Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat broiler.

Rub filets on all sides with olive oil and season with pepper.

Place filets on top of a broiler pan and place under broiler, 3 inch from heat.

Broil for 4 minutes, turn, and broil for an additional 3 minutes for rare.

Add 1 minute to each side for medium.
