GOAT CHEESE AND BALSAMIC CAVATAPPI

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12 ounce) box cavatappi pasta
  • 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pint organic grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 (4 ounce) Culinary Circle Soft Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 (0.25 ounce) package organic fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Drizzle olive oil over pasta and mix until pasta is coated.

Add in remaining ingredients, mix until well combined.

Serve pasta with additional balsamic glaze drizzled on top.
