KRAFT DOUBLE-STACK DINER BURGER

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 80% lean pounds ground chuck beef
  • 4 Kraft American singles cheese slices cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Heinz real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • 4 Potato hamburger buns, split
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1 Heinz dill whole pickles cut into thin slices

DIRECTIONS

Heat griddle to medium-high heat.

Spray griddle with cooking spray. Shape meat into 8 1 1/2 inch balls. Add to griddle; press into 1/4 inch thick patties with back of spatula.

Cook 2 minutes or until bottoms of patties are browned; turn. Top patties with Kraft Singles pieces; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until burgers are done and Kraft Singles are melted. Remove from griddle.

Mix Heinz mayonnaise and Grey Poupon mustard until blended; spread onto cut sides of rolls. Fill with red onions, pickles and burgers.
