PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BITES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 3.4 ounce package Essential Everyday instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Essential Everyday cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS

In mixer, combine pumpkin, vanilla pudding, milk, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and softened cream cheese.

Mix until smooth.

Slowly add powdered sugar until thoroughly mixed.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve in Filo shells or with graham crackers.
