
PEAS WITH BACON



INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
- 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup chopped fully cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Melt Parkay in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add peas; cook 5 minutes or until slightly thawed, stirring frequently. Add bacon, brown sugar, mustard and pepper; cook 3 minutes more or until hot.
