
PEANUT BUTTER HUMMUS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons Peter PanĀ® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients, except oil, in food processor bowl. Pulse until smooth, scraping down side as needed.
Turn food processor on; add oil in steady stream until completely combined.
