PEANUT BUTTER FROG FACES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1/4 cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 8 semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 8 miniature marshmallows
  • 1 fresh strawberry, sliced
DIRECTIONS

Cut apple into 8 wedges. Remove core and seeds by cutting a thin strip off edge of each wedge.

Spoon peanut butter into small recloseable food storage bag; snip one corner off to make small hole. Place 4 apple wedges on a plate. Pipe peanut butter over cut surface of each apple wedge. Top with remaining apple wedges.

Place small amount of peanut butter on flat side of each chocolate morsel and attach to each marshmallow. Spread small amount of peanut butter on other side of each marshmallow, placing 2 marshmallows on skin of upper wedge for the eyes.

Insert strawberry slices into the peanut butter between the apple wedges to resemble a tongue.
