
PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE



INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas, sliced, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt with low-calorie sweetener
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 tablespoon Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping and chopped peanuts, optional
DIRECTIONS
Combine bananas, yogurt, Egg Beaters, milk, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in blender; process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with Reddi-wip and peanuts, if desired. Serve immediately.
