
PANZANELLA



INGREDIENTS
- PAMĀ® Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 8 ounces French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium green or yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Place bread in skillet. Drizzle with oil; toss.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until bread is browned lightly, stirring occasionally; cool.
Combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, basil, vinegar and salt in large bowl. Add bread; toss lightly.
