
OVEN FRIED POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 large baking potatoes, skin-on, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 cup Parkay® Original Spread-tub, melted
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine salt, garlic pepper and paprika; set aside.
Dip each potato slice in melted Parkay and arrange in a single layer on a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle potatoes with 1/2 of pepper mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes or until tender and potatoes are brown. Turn potatoes occasionally and sprinkle with remaining pepper mixture.
