
NO-FUSS TORTILLA SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (18.6 oz each) ready-to-serve chicken noodle soup
- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*TelĀ® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 cup coarsely broken tortilla chips
- 1/2 1/2 cup = 2 oz cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Combine soup and undrained tomatoes in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat 6 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
Divide tortilla chips evenly between 2 serving bowls. Top with soup mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
