MEAT LOAF SHEPHERD'S PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg (24 oz each) frozen Banquet® Family Size Meat Loaf with Gravy
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
  • 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Microwave family entree according to package directions.

Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange meat loaf slices in bottom of dish. Top with mixed vegetables and gravy. Spread mashed potatoes over top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned lightly and cheese melts.
