
ITALIAN BROCCOLI



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg (12 oz each) frozen broccoli cuts
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, drained
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Italian blend or mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place broccoli and water in medium skillet; cover. Cook over high heat 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water is almost evaporated.
Add drained tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until hot. Sprinkle with cheese.
