
HERB BROILED TOMATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 4 large tomatoes, halved crosswise
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Original Spread-tub
DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler. Place tomato halves, cut-side-up, in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle tomatoes with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Top tomatoes evenly with Fleischmann's.
Broil tomatoes, 4 inches from heat, 10 minutes or until tomatoes are warm, being careful not to brown garlic. Spoon pan juices over tomatoes before serving.
