
HEARTY HARVEST SOUP



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pound Italian pork sausage links, casings removed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans (14 oz each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 pkg (9 oz each) baby spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
Cook sausage and onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat until sausage is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.
Add broth, undrained tomatoes and beans; mix well. Bring to a boil; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in spinach; cover. Cook 5 minutes or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
