
GRILLED PINEAPPLE STACK WITH CARAMEL SAUCE



INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 1 1 pineapple = about 10 slices golden pineapple, peeled, sliced, cored
- 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen pound cake, cut into 10 slices, thawed
- 1 jar (12 oz each) caramel ice cream topping
- Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping and fresh raspberries, optional
DIRECTIONS
Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer’s directions.
Grill pineapple slices until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
Place slice of pound cake on serving plate. Top with slice of grilled pineapple and drizzle with caramel topping.
Garnish just before serving with Reddi-wip and fresh raspberries, if desired.
