
GREEK WRAPS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, drained well
- 1/4 cup sliced quartered red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons prepared Greek oil and vinegar dressing
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 8 inch whole wheat flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons Culinary Circle Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place drained tomatoes, onion, cucumber, olives and dressing in small bowl; toss together.
To make wraps, divide and spread lettuce over tortillas. Top each with equal amounts of vegetable mixture and cheese. Roll up burrito style.
