
GLAZED SUGAR SNAP PEAS



INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen sugar snap peas
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet; reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes or until mixture is hot and peas are tender.
