
GLAZED SPICED PLUMS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Blue Bonnet® Spread-tub
- 2 medium plums, halved, pitted, sliced
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Reddi-wip® Extra Creamy Dairy Whipped Topping
DIRECTIONS
Melt Blue Bonnet in medium skillet over medium heat. Add plums; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and nutmeg; cook 2 minutes more or until plums are tender and glazed. Top each with one serving (2 tablespoons) Reddi-wip.
