
GLAZED SNACK MIX



INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 cups mini shredded whole wheat cereal biscuits
- 1-1/2 cups unsalted dry roasted mixed nuts
- 1/4 1/4 cup = 1/2 stick cup Blue Bonnet®-stick
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 250°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine cereal and nuts in large bowl; set aside.
Place Blue Bonnet, sugar and honey in small saucepan; cook over low heat. 5 minutes, or until Blue Bonnet is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Stir in orange peel and cinnamon. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in raisins; cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
