
FRANKS WITH SAUERKRAUT RELISH



INGREDIENTS
- PAMĀ® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups drained sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 pkg (16 oz each) Hebrew NationalĀ® Quarter Pound Beef Franks, heated
DIRECTIONS
Spray medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat.
Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut, brown sugar, vinegar and celery seed. Heat through.
Serve franks with the sauerkraut relish.
