
FIESTA SPREAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Parkay® Original Spread-tub
- 1 teaspoon Gebhardt® Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tablespoons chopped roasted red pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix Parkay, chili powder, lime juice and garlic powder in small bowl until well blended. Stir in peppers; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve as spread on hot corn-on-the-cob, grilled vegetables, cooked chicken or fish or on warm tortillas.
