EASY VEGETABLE CHILI

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can (15 oz each) Marie Callender's® Homestyle Vegetable Soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz each) beans in chili seasoned sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pepper; cook 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
