EASY SHEPHERD'S PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 85% lean pound ground round beef
  • 1 pkg (3.5 oz each) instant butter flavor mashed potatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz each) Marie Callender's® Homestyle Vegetable Soup
  • 1 can (4 oz drained wt each) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.

Meanwhile, prepare potatoes according to package directions; set aside.

Add soup, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to skillet; stir together. Cook 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.

Pour beef mixture into baking dish; top evenly with potatoes. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
