EASY BEAN CHILI

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 2 cups frozen bell pepper strips
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped yellow onion
  • 2 cans (16 oz each) beans in chili seasoned sauce, undrained
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 4 cans (8 oz each) or one 33.5-oz carton Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onion; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.

Add remaining ingredients to saucepan; stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
