DARK CHOCOLATE SKILLET COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 1/2 cup = 1 stick cup Blue BonnetĀ®-stick
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups cornflakes cereal, or old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Peter PanĀ® Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup chopped black walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Combine Blue Bonnet, sugar, cocoa and milk in large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to boil; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; pour into heat-proof bowl. Stir in cornflakes, peanut butter, chocolate morsels, walnuts, coconut and vanilla until well blended.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate 2-3 hours to set.
