CURRY KETCHUP WITH BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg (22 oz each) frozen Alexia® Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare fries according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add curry powder; cook until fragrant. Add vinegar and ketchup. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until hot.

Divide fries evenly; serve each portion with 2 tablespoons Curry Ketchup.
