
CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Peter PanĀ® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 neufchatel pkg (8 oz each) 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS
Place peanut butter and cream cheese in large mixer bowl; beat on medium speed until smooth. Add brown sugar and beat until smooth. Reduce speed to low; add milk and beat until smooth and creamy.
To make Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip: Remove half of the dip (1-1/2 cups) and set aside for the Peanut Butter Dip. Add chocolate syrup to remaining dip; beat on low until combined.
Serve both peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter dips with fresh fruit, pretzels or other dippers.
