
CREAMY CORNED BEEF SPREAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (12 oz each) Libby's® Corned Beef
- 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh vegetables or crackers, optional
DIRECTIONS
Crumble corned beef in medium bowl. Add sour cream, cheese and onions; mix well.
Place mixture in small serving bowl; cover. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables or crackers, if desired.
