
CREAMY ARTICHOKE DIP



INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Butter No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 can(14.5oz each)OR 1carton(13oz each) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well
- Kangaroo® Pita Chips or sliced French bread, optional
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400?F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl. Add mozzarella cheese, drained tomatoes and artichokes to bowl; stir gently to combine.
Place mixture in baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with pita chips or French bread, if desired.
