CARAMELIZED PRALINE ICE CREAM PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1-1/2 cups Crunch 'n Munch® Caramel Popcorn with Peanuts, crushed, divided
  • 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Original-stick, melted
  • 4 cups butter pecan or caramel light ice cream, softened
  • 2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
  • Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, optional

DIRECTIONS

Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crushed popcorn for garnishing pie. Combine remaining popcorn and Fleischmann's in medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch glass pie plate to form crust; freeze 10 minutes.

Spread ice cream over crust. Drizzle with topping. Freeze 1 hour or until firm.

Cut frozen pie into 8 wedges; sprinkle with reserved crushed popcorn. Serve with Reddi-wip, if desired.
