
BUFFALO GRILLED FRANKS



INGREDIENTS
- PAMĀ® Grilling Spray
- 4 from 12-oz pkg Hebrew NationalĀ® Beef Franks
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper sauce
- 4 hot dog rolls, warmed
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
DIRECTIONS
Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill franks 5 to 7 minutes or until hot, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and pepper sauce in small bowl.
Assemble sandwiches by spreading about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each roll. Place franks in rolls; top each with 2 tablespoons celery.
