
PARMESAN VEGGIE DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 1 5 ounce container Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shallots minced
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon chopped
- fresh cracked sea salt and black pepper to taste
- carrots, celery, jicama, peppers assorted fresh vegetables cut into sticks for dipping
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and saut? until fragrant and golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
In a bowl or food processor, combine sour cream, Parmesan, basil, tarragon and shallots. Stir until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with assorted vegetable sticks.
