SPICY PEANUT NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounces organic whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 cup Culinary Circle Thai Peanut Cooking Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Culinary Circle Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Culinary Circle Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 English cucumber seeded and diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 0.75 ounce organic fresh cilantro chopped
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon organic sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

Break uncooked pasta in half. Prepare pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water, drain.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine Thai peanut cooking sauce, red curry paste, and sesame oil.

Mix in pasta and vegetables to peanut sauce mixture; top with peanuts and sesame seeds; serve immediately or refrigerate up to two days.
