
SPICY PEANUT NOODLES



INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces organic whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 cup Culinary Circle Thai Peanut Cooking Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Culinary Circle Red Thai Curry Paste
- 1 teaspoon Culinary Circle Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 English cucumber seeded and diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 0.75 ounce organic fresh cilantro chopped
- 4 green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts chopped
- 1 tablespoon organic sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
Break uncooked pasta in half. Prepare pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water, drain.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine Thai peanut cooking sauce, red curry paste, and sesame oil.
Mix in pasta and vegetables to peanut sauce mixture; top with peanuts and sesame seeds; serve immediately or refrigerate up to two days.
