
CHOCOLATE CHUNK ENERGY BARS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cups chopped dates
- 1 cup whole cashews
- 1 teaspoon organic pure vanilla extract
- 1 (3 ounce) package 72% Cacao Belgian Dark Chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a food processor
Blend until solid and slightly sticky
Line a 9x9 baking sheet with wax paper. Place mixture into lined pan and spread to corners of the pan.
Place pan into fridge for 1 hour to chill. Cut into squares.
