
PESTO & BRIE PUB BURGERS



INGREDIENTS
- 6 original or sweet onion pub-style burgers
- 1/3 pound Camembert brie sliced
- 9 slices pepper bacon cooked, cut in half
- 6 Ciabatta rolls
- 6 teaspoons basil pesto sauce
DIRECTIONS
Prepare burgers according to grilling directions on package.
Top each burger with cheese and 3 half slices of bacon just before removing from grill.
Spread each roll with 1 teaspoon pesto and top with burgers.
