
CREAMY COLESLAW
with Grapes



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 9 cups finely shredded green cabbage (about 1 head)
- 2 cups quartered red grapes
- 1/2 cup julienne radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, honey, vinegar and celery seeds; salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Toss until well coated.
Cover and refrigerated 2-4 hours before serving.
